Refund & Return Policy

Cart Bridger operates as a multivendor online marketplace that enables independent third-party vendors to list and sell products directly to customers. Cart Bridger is not the seller of the products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

By accessing or making a purchase on Cart Bridger, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.


1. Independent Vendor Responsibility

All products listed on Cart Bridger are sold by independent third-party vendors.

Accordingly:

  • Each vendor is solely and exclusively responsible for setting and enforcing their own refund, return, and exchange policies.
  • All refund approvals, rejections, return instructions, exchanges, timelines, and conditions are determined entirely by the vendor.
  • Cart Bridger does not guarantee that a vendor will approve a refund or accept a return.

Customers acknowledge and agree that any claim relating to a product purchase must be directed to the vendor, not Cart Bridger.


2. Customer Obligation to Review Vendor Policies

Before completing a purchase, customers are required to:

  • Carefully review the vendor’s specific Refund & Return Policy.
  • Understand the vendor’s eligibility requirements, timelines, shipping obligations, and non-refundable items.
  • Accept the vendor’s terms as legally binding upon checkout.

Failure to review a vendor’s policy prior to purchase does not create liability for Cart Bridger.


3. No Direct Liability of Cart Bridger

Cart Bridger functions strictly as a technology platform and intermediary marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Cart Bridger is not the seller of record for vendor-listed products.
  • Cart Bridger does not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship vendor products.
  • Cart Bridger does not issue refunds on behalf of vendors.
  • Cart Bridger is not responsible for product quality, condition, legality, safety, or fitness for purpose.
  • Cart Bridger shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, delay, or dispute arising from a vendor’s refusal or failure to provide a refund.

All contractual obligations related to product purchases exist solely between the customer and the vendor.


4. Payment Processing

Payments made through Cart Bridger may be processed via third-party payment providers. Once funds are transferred to the vendor in accordance with our payout schedule, refund responsibility rests entirely with the vendor.

Cart Bridger reserves the right, but is not obligated, to temporarily withhold vendor payouts in cases involving suspected fraud or policy violations.


5. Dispute Facilitation (Non-Binding)

While Cart Bridger is not obligated to intervene in disputes, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Facilitate communication between customer and vendor.
  • Review transaction records.
  • Take administrative action against vendors who violate marketplace rules.

Cart Bridger’s involvement in dispute facilitation does not constitute acceptance of liability and does not create a refund guarantee.


6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue with the vendor may have their accounts suspended or permanently restricted.

Cart Bridger reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide transaction records to payment processors.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cart Bridger’s total liability arising out of or related to any transaction shall not exceed the service fees earned by Cart Bridger for that specific transaction.

Cart Bridger shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
